What Happened Previously On Zom 100?
The previous episode opened in Club Shou-Time, where a new character, Shou, and the other members of the club defended their establishment from a zombie attack. Meanwhile, Akira wanted to reunite with his best friend Kencho. He opened up his bucket list and checked off his desire to grow a beard. Upon realizing the Wi-Fi had been restored after three years, Akira received a flood of messages, including one from Kencho. Fueled by hope, Akira decided to reunite with his friend.
The scene then shifted to Kencho, stuck in the bondage room with no hope for survival. Akira called him and told Kencho that he was coming to meet him. On the way, Akira reminisced about Kencho’s life and expressed determination to save him. On the other hand, Shou lost hope and was about to be eaten by zombies, but a loud horn activated by Akira attracted all the zombies, also allowing Kencho to escape and reunite with Akira. Filled with remorse and admiration, Akira apologized for not heeding Kencho’s advice.
They were chased to a rooftop by zombies, where Akira made a daring jump to another building and urged Kencho to follow. Kencho admitted he never liked his job and wanted to be a stand-up comic. Akira encouraged him to follow his passion. Hesitant at first, Kencho jumped and made it to the building as well. The two friends spend some really great time on the building’s terrace, and Kencho suggested to Akira that he should save the survivors from the zombie apocalypse.
