A new trailer has just been released forFinal Fantasy 7 Rebirth, the next chapter in theFinal Fantasy 7 Remake, which took the world by storm. Now the next chapter of the remake is only a month away, and the hype is unbearable, as gamers are eager to see any sort of trailer, announcement, or gameplay that they can get their hands on.

Even though the trailer is only one minute long, gamers were shown all kinds of cool and exciting moments from the upcoming game that will definitely have them at the edge of their seats, whether they are new to the franchise or played the original game all those years ago.

What Was Shown During the Trailer, and Why Are Fans So Excited to Get Their Hands on Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth?

During the trailer, we only catch a few glimpses of the story that will unfold withinFinal Fantasy 7 Rebirth, but even those small glimpses have already created a lot of excitement within the fan base, as gamers have already taken to Twitter/X to show how excited they are for the upcoming chapter to release.

Throughout the trailer, we are shown a bunch of small clips from both cutscenes and gameplay showing off certain bosses, special combo attacks, many of the characters we have already gotten to know and love, and magnificent beasts that we will come across during our journey.

But what caught most gamers attention was the entrance of Sephiroth and the fact that his goal within this new chapter is to finish the mission that he has begun and take over the world. Whether you think that is a cliche bad guy move or not, you can’t deny that Sephiroth has style and fear on his side, as the only clips we see of him are of him either menacing our heroes, monologuing, or murdering villagers (off-screen but hinted at).

Even though we still don’t know the major changes that will be coming to this chapter after the events of the originalFinal Fantasy 7 remake, we can be sure that Sephiroth has some rather evil plans that will most likely have us both fearing and loving him at the same time, while by the end of the story, we will have shed a tear for our heroes.
