What Are the Allegations Against Vince McMahon?
The Wall Street Journalreports that former WWE employee Janel Grant has accusedVince McMahonof s*x trafficking.
“When McMahon pushed Ms. Grant for a physical relationship in return for long-promised employment at WWE, she felt trapped in an impossible situation: submitting to McMahon’s sexual demands or facing ruin,”thelawsuitsays.

She was directly hired by McMahon in 2019 as an administrator-coordinator in WWE’s legal department, as per the lawsuit and it was alleged that her job at WWE ultimately came to an end because McMahon’s wife Linda McMahon found out about the affair.
Grant’s lawyer Ann Callis issued the following statement on the matter:

“Today’s complaint seeks to hold accountable two WWE executives who sexually assaulted and trafficked Plaintiff Janel Grant, as well as the organization that facilitated or turned a blind eye to the abuse and then swept it under the rug. She is an incredibly private and courageous person who has suffered deeply at the hands of Mr. McMahon and Mr. Laurinaitis. Ms. Grant hopes that her lawsuit will prevent other women from being victimized. The organization is well aware of Mr. McMahon’s history of depraved behavior, and it’s time that they take responsibility for the misconduct of its leadership.”
Grant also alleged that McMahon would share photos and videos of her with other WWE executives and wrestlers and that he pressured her to have s*x with other people, including the then WWE head of talent relations John Laurinaitis.

Current WWE owners TKO Group Holdings told Deadline in a statement:
“Mr. McMahon does not control TKO nor does he oversee the day-to-day operations of WWE. While this matter pre-dates our TKO executive team’s tenure at the company, we take Ms. Grant’s horrific allegations very seriously and are addressing this matter internally.”
