The Patch 8.11 for Riot Games’Valoranthas made some tweaks to Iso, Neon, Reyna, Raze, and Clove. It’s safe to say Reyna insta-lockers are not happy with the update as they believe Reyna has been nerfed although Riot Games claimed that they made balanced changes to the agent. A player has pointed out why Reyna has now become the worst duelist in the game as every agent outshines her now.

Reyna has been a popular agent for a very long time thanks to her exceptional abilities but it seems like players will now avoid using her. Instead, we can expect to see many players using Iso and Neon since these agents were improved. Clove and Raze were nerfed in this update to make the gaming experience much more balanced.

Riot Games announced that Reyna received both buffs and nerfs in patch 8.11, however, players believe that the nerf was so bad that no one will use Reyna now. A post onr/VALORANThas highlighted how Reyna’s nerf has made her the worst duelist agent in the game.

Reyna’s changes were as follows:Devour(Q): Healing has now decreased from 100 to 50, full heal time reduced from 3s to 2s and the overheal of armor no longer decays after a timer. ForDismiss(E): Top speed has been increased from 9.1 meters/second to 12 meters/second, total duration of Dismiss reduced from 2s to 1.5s. For Reyna’s Ultimate,Empress(X): it no longer has a timer and is permanent until Reyna is killed or the round ends.

While some of these changes are good, it’s Reyna’s Devour (Q) that has massively affected gameplay. In the Reddit post, the player explained how Iso, Clove, Phoenix, and Sage are much better than Reyna now. A lot of players havecriticized the latest changesto these agents, leaving many wondering if Riot Games is going in the right direction.
