Over the years, he has coined and popularized numerous catchphrases, which have become synonymous with his image. However, recently, The Rock ended up receiving some hilarious trolling after it was discovered that he actually owns the trademark for over 20 of his most famous catchphrases.

Yes, The Rock is now the owner of ‘Roody Poo’, ‘Candy As*’, and even Jabroni. Even so, jokes and memes about his unexpected ownership of some extremely ridiculous phrases began to appear everywhere, and the internet could not contain its amusement.

Roody Poo to Candy As*: Dwayne Johnson Gets Ownership Over 20 Names & Catchphrases

It is now official for Dwayne Johnson to hold the title of ‘The Most Electrifying Man in Sports and Entertainment’.The actor and entertainment mogul, who first rose to fameas a WWE star two decades ago, purchased the rights to a number of nicknames, insults, and catchphrases during his time in the ring in the 1990s and early 2000s, including ‘Candy As*’, ‘Jabroni’, and ‘If you smell what The Rock is cooking’.

Johnson’s agreement to join the board of directors of TKO Group Holdings—the business Endeavor formed by combining WWE and the UFC—comprises the transfer of the intellectual property rights to the names and phrases to Johnson.

The actor owns the rights to his well-known ring name, ‘The Rock’, as was announced last month (viaVariety). In its 10-K filing with the SEC on February 27, TKO disclosed over twenty more names and taglines now under Johnson’s ownership.

Along with“all other nicknames, caricatures, voice, signature, gestures, routines, costumes or parts of costumes, accessories [and] crowns”connected to his time as a WWE performer, Johnson has also acquired ownership of related logos and servicemarks under the terms of the TKO agreement.

But that didn’t stop the fans on the internet from having a field day, with memes and jokes popping up left and right about The Rock’s ownership over some truly ridiculous phrases.
