This article contains spoilers from the Demon Slayer manga.
The Healer
In the past,Tamayo used to sufferfrom a fatal disease, and when Muzan promised her life so she could be with her children for a long time, she accepted. She became a demon and slaughtered her family.
Hence, the guilt of killing her family never left her, and since then, she has continuously sought a way to settle the score with Muzan. She made it her life’s mission to find a cure for Muzan’s curse.

Tamayo has great knowledge of science and demon anatomy, and her blood demon art allows her to use her blood to influence and manipulate her victims. She played a key role in retaining Muzan, while the other demon slayers fought against the high-ranking demons in the Infinity Castle.
7Kaigaku (Upper Rank 6)
The Corrupted Disciple
Before Kaigaku became a demon, he was a student of the thunder hashira, Jigoro Kuwajima, and a colleague of Zenitsu. He lacked humility and always craved power over anything else.
In the end, he chose power over principle and later killed his master. Kaigaku’s blood demon art resembles Zenitsu’s thunder breathing technique, but it is like its darker version.

He will fight against Zenitsu in Infinity Castle and, in a way, the fight will be a clash of ideas. For Zenitsu, it is a chance to avenge his master, and it is time for Kaigaku to show that becoming a demon is the right path.
6Nakime (Upper Rank 4)
The Biwa Player
Nakime is the geniusbehind Infinity Castle’s architecture. She uses every note on her biwa to change the layout of the castle, which makes it impossible for anyone to infiltrate and leave or navigate.
Her abilities are beneficial, especially when there are enemies within the castle. Nakime can send Kokushibo or any demon she wishes to the infiltrators, while also confusing them.

Nakime will fight against the serpent hashira, Obanai, and Mitsuri, the love hashira. The battle will be intense because Nakime has the power to manipulate all the space in the Infinity Castle, which means that her opponents are in her territory.
5Tanjiro Kamado
Muzan’s Final Curse
One might wonder how the protagonist made a list of demons in Infinity Castle. After the battles in the castle ended, Muzan became the last demon standing.
Infinity Castle In Demon Slayer Anime Explained
Infinity Castle will play a major role in coming episodes.
The remaining surviving demon slayers plan to hold him until sunrise, and when Muzan realizes that time is against him, he makes a desperate move. Muzan transferred his consciousness and blood into Tanjiro, and in the process turned Tanjiro into the very thing he had been fighting against all his life.
In this vein, there will be an internal battle between Tanjiro and the part of Muzan inside him, and this will also lead to the remaining surviving demon slayers deciding on whether to kill Tanjiro and end Muzan’s curse.

4Akaza (Upper Rank 3)
Strength Above All
Ever since the death of theflame hashira, Rengoku, I have already started the countdown to when Akaza will breathe his last. The Infinity Castle will shed light on Akaza’s past, and after reading about all he went through in the manga, I did not want to like him, but I understood him.
Akaza was just a man who tried to save the people he loved but failed and could not live with the pain. However, even with his tragic past, he still has to pay for the death of Rengoku, and Tanjiro and Giyu will do what is necessary to avenge the flame hashira.
Akaza integrates his martial arts with his blood demon arts (destructive shockwaves), which makes him a strong opponent of any demon slayer. He believes that only the strong deserve to live, and the weak deserve to suffer, and this is a tenet he inculcated in all his battles.
3Doma (Upper Rank 2)
The Leader Of The Cult Of Death
Domais one of the characters I cannot feel sympathy for, and I truly cannot wait for his end to come. There have been many times in the series where I felt pity or empathy for some demons, such as Gyutaro or Akaza, because of their tragic past.
However, even as a child, Doma was incapable of emotion. He never grieved his parent’s death and had no empathy for human lives. He led a cult, the Eternal Paradise Faith, where he gave salvation to his followers by killing and devouring their flesh.
Doma’s blood demon art is cryokinesis, and his ability allows him to create ice from his flesh and blood and release it around his vicinity. In the Infinity Castle, his power will be fully displayed against Shinobu Kocho, who plans to avenge her murdered sister, and two other demon slayers, Kanao and Inosuke.
2Kokushibo (Upper Moon One)
The Man Who Chose Immortality
The Upper Moon One is next in line after Muzan, and he is the brother ofYoriichi Tsugikuni, the greatest demon slayer. He also used to be a demon slayer in the past, but he feared death more than anything, so he chose to become a demon to escape the inevitable end of every mortal.
As a demon, he enhanced his swordsmanship with his blood demon art, which made his moon breathing more lethal. In the Infinity Castle arc, he will fight against Gyomei, Sanemi, Tokito, and Genya.
This is one fight I look forward to, because three powerful hashiras will be involved. In other words, the three-versus-one battle shows the level of power Muzan’s second-in-command.
The Demon King
In the last episode of the Hashira Training Arc, all the demon slayers assembled to avenge their master, Kagaya Ubuyashiki, and put an end to Muzan. The king of demonshas seven hearts and five brains, so we cannot help but wonder how the demon slayers will stop him.
Muzan is the epitome of what a final antagonist ought to be, and his decision to drop all the demon slayer in the Infinity Castle will set up some of the most epic fights in the series. Muzan is the top dog in the series, and the remaining surviving demon slayers had to use every ounce of will, strength and sunlight to end his evil reign.
