WithPalworldbeing a massive success, the Pocketpair CEO has teased that there will bePalworldmerchandise being released. Since the game was released on July 18, 2025, on the day of release, it sold one million copies within the first 8 hours, five million copies by day 3, and over eight million copies by day 6.
The popularity ofPalworldseems to have no end as it continues to gain traction going forward, with the CEO of Pocketpair releasing pictures of potential upcoming merchandise. There appear to be no worries from the CEO regarding any of thePokémoninvestigations into any alleged copyright issues.
Palworld Fans Are Making Requests for Merchandise on the Subreddit Post
AsPalworldkeeps heading upward, it is no coincidence that Pocketpair is looking into merchandise for the massive amount of fans following – the millions that bought the game. A subreddit was created recently where it was announced that the CEO, Takruo Mizobe, of Pocketpair, the creators ofPalworld,released a picture that suggests that there is merchandise on the horizon.
As the subreddit gains some traction, there have been many comments on thepost. Many took to the post to suggest what they thought should be created by Pocketpair. One Redditor said, “Where’s the life sized Chillet plush” and another popular comment was, “Depresso holding an energy drink plushy or riot!!!!” so it looks like a popular venture for Pocketpair to explore.
Looking at these comments, it looks like Pocketpair could strike gold, and this merchandise hasn’t even been officially confirmed yet. In the picture, it shows what appears to be squishy toys fromPalworld;they’re named Gumoss and Sweepa, as well as a variety of what look like trading cards.
How Much More Can Pocketpair Push?
Pocketpair has been warned of investigations into alleged copyright issues by thePokémonowners. Many people are suggesting that many Pals look similar to certain Pokémon,but no legal action has been taken as of yet, but it could be coming.Pokémonrights’ owners have continued to say that they are investigating.
