Dr. Vegapunk’s message inOne Piece, which reveals the truth about the World Government, the Ancient Weapons, the Great Kingdom, Joy Boy, and the people who carry the Will of D, is being broadcast to the entire world. Because of this,One Piecefans are getting to see the reactions of some of the old characters who have been forgotten.

Many of these old characters have been changed in a lot of ways. However, it’s nice to see the characters that helped build theOne Pieceworld. Similar to this, the latestOne Piecechapter showed the reaction of a pirate crew who were one of the first battles of the Straw Hat Pirates during the Baratie arc.
This crew was called the Krieg Pirates, and the only members of the crew that are left now are their captain, Krieg, the combat commander of the crew, Gin, and the second unit commander, Pearl. These were the first few characters who gave the Straw Hats a tough fight, especially their cook, Vinsmoke Sanji.

Sanji Couldn’t Hold Himself Against the Krieg Pirates
Sanji was first introduced during the Baratie arc, where he was revealed to be a cook for Zeff, the head chef and owner of Baratie. When Luffy first saw Sanji, he instantly knew that he would be the perfect character to join his crew. However, Sanji proved his worth when he fought Gin and Pearl from the Krieg Pirates.

Although Sanji showed great endurance, he was first cornered into getting beaten by Pearl forcefully, and after that, because of the fatigue of the previous battle, he could not hold himself against the combat commander Gin. Nonetheless, Luffy was greatly impressed by Sanji’s honor and his moves, which is why he decided to help him save Baratie.
Currently,Sanji is one of the strongest charactersinOne Piece. He has proved his worth by fighting some of the most powerful names in theOne Pieceworld. However, his beginning arc was not easy for him, as he had to learn a lot through these fights.

Sanji Could Possibly Meet the Krieg Pirates Once Again
Eiichiro Oda, the creator ofOne Piece, has hinted at the possible reunion of the Krieg Pirates with Sanji by featuring a panel that focused on Krieg, Gin, and Pearl’s reaction to Vegapunk’s message. Both Krieg and Gin were present on Pirate Island and have changed drastically.
Both of them have long hair, and it looks like Gin has become a swordsman as he is seen carrying a sword.

If they’re part of Blackbeard’s allied crews we might see them fight some of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet. Imagine Don Krieg vs Don Sai.

Pearl and Gin look relatively the same but why does Krieg look so different? Are we sure thats actually him

Since the broadcast of Vegapunk’s message, many old faces have once again become a part of theOne Piecenarrative. However, it is highly unlikely that they will play a major role in the future of the series as it may make the storyline more confusing for the newOne Piecefans.
