How To Find Rutafu-um Shrine
Rutafu-um Shrine is located in a cave just northwest of Hebra Peak, just beside Selmie’s Spot. If you’ve completed “The Duchess Who Disappeared” quest and have Selmie as ashield-surftutor, you’ll already be familiar with this place. Its coordinates are-3000, 3223, 0507.

If you haven’t reached that point in the story yet, you’re able to also use theRospro Pass Skyview Towerto get yourself high in the air and orient yourself northward. It will be a bit of a climb if you haven’tupgraded your staminayet, but you’ll reach this spot eventually. Just remember to bringcold-resistant clothesto survive the journey.
You’ll see a large overhang jutting out of the cliffside at the coordinates. Underneath it isa small hole in the groundyou can jump down. Dive into the pool at the bottom.

Climb out of the water anddry yourself by the fireto avoid taking cold damage. You’ll see a group of red bokoblins led by a black one standing by another fire. Defeat them using whatever tools you have at hand to move forward.

How To Solve Rutafu-um Shrine
Once they’re taken care of, head to the other end of the cave to find a shrine missing its green stone.Interact with the glowing green orb of light, which will trigger the quest:The Northwest Hebra Cave Crystal. This is a shrine quest you need to tackle to enter this Shrine. As soon as the quest begins, you’ll see a green beam of lighting heading from the shrine to the pool.
Go back to the pool in the cave andactivate Ultrahand. You should see a green crystal lying at the bottom of the pool. You have totransport that crystal from the pool to the Shrine. To do so,find an iciclethat you’re able to interact with. The cave roof has plenty to choose from; hit one with an arrow, and it should drop to the ground.
Once you have an icicle, fuse itwith any weaponto make a frost attack weapon.Head to the pool’s edge and swing your ice weapon near the water. Ice blocks will form from the water, giving you platforms to walk in the pool.
Repeat this process until you’re at the center of the pool. From here, you should be able to target the green crystal with Ultrahand. Do so, and drop the crystal on solid ground. Climb out of the pool and pick up the crystal using Ultrahand again.
Walk to the Shrine and drop the green crystal before itto complete The Northwest Hebra Cave Crystal quest.
The Shrine will appear in its full glory, allowing you to enter. Head inside to find a chest containing a Topaz and a Light of Blessing.
