Cutters aresold at just about any store that sells weapons, but they are part of a large pool of possible items to be sold andwon’t always be availabledue to how many other weapons may be sold that day. For a reliable store that sells a Cutter,head to Sherpherd’s General Store inAkila City, on the planet Akila in the Cheyenne system.This general store will almost always have a cutter available, and if not, wait a day or two and try again.
Another reliable store to try isMining League in Neon, on the planet Volii Alpha in the Volii system.Upon entering the city,take a left out of the elevator and head to the first building on the left.Inside, the owner will be selling cutters along with other industrial weapons. For those not wanting to go far,Jemison Mercantilein New Atlantis also sells a cutter very often.
