Cost & Total

When selecting which Power you want to equip, there will be two values displayed along with the effects of that Power. TheTotal stat will refer to how many units of Power are now in your maximum Power bar. TheCost value is how many units of Power are used when you use your equipped Power.

If you have a power equipped with the Total value of 60 and a Cost of 45, your maximum power value will be at 60. Using that Power willuse 45 units of Power and bring your bar down to just 15 points. This means you’llonly need to regenerate 30 more points of power before you’re able to use the equipped poweragain.

Regenerating Power

Your Powers operate on a cooldown basis as youregenerate enough power points to use a Power again.Depending on the Total value of the power, this will happen more or less often. Whenever youdefeat aStarborn, they’ll drop a Quantum Essence, which can be seen and used in your Power menu in the bottom left corner.
