Spy x Familypremiered last week with the first episode, and it is definitely one of the best premiere episodes of an anime TV show. Episode 1 featured an extraordinary animation and beautiful music scores. Also, it introduced us to two main characters of the series, Twilight and Anya Forger.
Twilight is the world’s greatest spy, who blends in any environment by changing his appearance. However, he is forced to create a fake family for his next mission. So, he adoptsAnyafrom a nearby orphanage. At first glance, Anya seems like an average child, but she has the ability to read people’s thoughts. Anya knows that Twilight is a liar, but she also realizes that he has a good heart. So, she does everything in her power to stay with her new father.
However, even with a daughter by his side, Twilight’s family is incomplete without a wife. And for his next mission, he has to attend an event with his whole family. So, we all know Yor Forger will fill that space in Twilight’s fake family.
Spy x Family Episode 2 Preview
The official preview for Episode 2 ofSpy x Familywas released after the broadcast of the first episode. According to the promo, the next episode is titled"Secure a Wife.“We can see Twilight heading out for a mission with Franky Franklin. Twilight has no choice but to find a wife to attend the next event at the prestigious Eden Academy. Anya has passed the exam, but visiting the academy with the whole family is the only way to secure admission for Anya.
The promo also gives us a first look at the Thorn Princess, who’ll later be known as Yor Forger. In the manga, Yor is a professional assassin who believes that Anya is her biological daughter from one of her previous marriages. So, she agrees to take part in Loid’s plan without worrying about the consequences.
Since it will be the debut episode for Yor Forger, we might see some of her fighting skills in the episode. Also, it would be interesting to see how our beloved Twilight will come across this mysterious professional assassin.
