While the closest island to Sainte-Anne features only one mining point,the one in the middle is the richest source of Magnetite.
You can spend three Magnetite for a floating fee of Silver at the Refinery in Sainte-Anne to getMagnetite Ingot, which is used to craft a variety of stuff.
As always,looting other shipsis also another way of collecting materials such as Magnetite Ingot, but this one cannot be found in low-level ships, which means you either sail a long road to the southeast or you have to engage in deadly battles unless your ship is high-level enough to get rid of bigger sea rulers!
