Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl shocked his fans when he revealed having a baby with a woman outside of his marriage. He has been married to Jordyn Blum for 21 years, who’s allegedly on the edge regarding a divorce from the singer. Grohl and Blum also share three daughters, Violet, 18, Ophelia, 15, and Harper, 10.
Blum was a producer at MTV when she met Grohl. They married in a private ceremony in 2003, which was attended by musicians like Clive Davis and Grohl’s Nirvana bandmate Krist Novoselic. She doesn’t want to break up her long-term marriage but she is not sure that she can trust him anymore.

Grohl’s recent revelation of fathering a baby outside of the marriage has caused a scandal that forced Foo Fighters to abandon their planned concert at the Soundside Music Festival.

Recently, an insider shared with In Touch Weekly about Blum’s honest feelings about her husband afterthe cheating scandal came out. According to the source, the rockstar’s wife wants to make their marriage work. However, the source added that it would be incredibly hard for her to trust Grohl again after his cheating.
The source shared that Blum didn’t want to make an emotional decision and break up the family. However, she allegedly thinks that her marriage is far beyond repair at this point. The insider toldIn Touch Weekly:
She wants to make the marriage work but she doesn’t trust Dave. She’s torn. […] Jordyn doesn’t want to be impetuous or emotional about this. She doesn’t want to break up her family, but her marriage is broken and she’s not sure if it’s repairable.
The source also shared that her friends were pressuring her to divorce Grohl. They further added that if that was the route that Blum wanted to take, Grohl wouldpotentially lose“hundreds of millions”from his $300 million net worth. The source concluded,“Dave and Jordyn are stuck at an intersection. She’s just hoping the right decision will present itself in time.”

Dave Grohl chose Instagram tocome clean about his affairwhen he became the father of a child born in that relationship. He shared that he planned to be a loving father to that child, whole also shared that he loved his wife and children. Grohl shared that he was doing everything in his capacity to regain their trust. He wrote on hisInstagram:
I’ve recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage. I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness. We’re grateful for your consideration toward all the children involved, as we move forward together.
Foo Fighters fans would be disappointed that he threw away his marriage after all that he went through with Jordyn Blum. He earlier shared about his wife in an interview withThe Guardian,“[My wife] Jordyn and [daughter] Violet are anchors that keep me from completely disappearing.”
