What is The Legend of Zelda: The Missing Link?
The Legend of Zelda: The Missing Linkis a fan-made entry into theZeldaseries set between two classics of the Nintendo 64 era:Ocarina of TimeandMajora’s Mask. The short game, made by modder Kaze Emanuar and his team inOcarina’s engine, was released in July last year. It sees Link set out on a mission to find Navi, the fairy that accompanies him throughout the events ofOcarina of Time. The story leads directly intoMajora’s Mask, which opens with Link searching for her in the game’s prologue. Along with some new environments, graphics and music,The Missing Linkalso features a new gameplay mechanic in the form of a Magic Hourglass, which Link can use to solve puzzles by travelling back in time 10 seconds.
