The Request titled “Destroy The Blue Medallions” is one of the first side quests players will come across inResident Evil 4 Remake. Players will be given a bit of info and will be shown symbols on their map showing where the Blue Medallions can be found.

Even though players can see the location of the Medallions on the map, it can still be difficult to pin down their exact whereabouts. The Medallions sometimes sit in hard-to-reach or hard-to-see places, but the guide below can give players all the info they need to complete this quest.

Request Overview
The Request will require players to find five semi-hidden Blue Medallions that are dotted around the Farm area. The blue color of these Medallions really stands out in the muted colors of Resident Evil 4 Remake’s world, so they would not be too difficult to see if it weren’t for their locations being concealed and in difficult-to-see locations.

Blue Medallion Locations
The image above can show the numbered locations of each of the Blue Medallions. Below are images showing the exact area where each Medallion can be found, and the numbers below correspond to the numbered circles above.
Blue Medallion #1
The first Blue Medallion is one of the trickier ones, as even with its map location shown, players may not be able to find it. The Medallion is located in a small shack just past the open barn containing cows/pigs. The Medallion ishidden in the rafters of this building, so players will have to look around when they enter the area to lay eyes on it. This Medallion is too high up to be stabbed, so players will need to use a gun to destroy it.
Blue Medallion #2
This Blue Medallion is in the open window of the larger barn in the area. Players will need to look up high to spot it and while there is a way to get inside this barn, players will still need to use ammo to take the Medallion down since it’s too far out of reach to be stabbed.
Blue Medallion #3
This Blue Medallion is tough to spot since it is wedged in between some wooden stakes that act as a barrier between areas. Going into the corner shown on the map image shown above and then aiming in between the wooden fence can make the Medallion easier to see. This Medallion, like most others, is too far away to hit with a melee attack and will need to be shot.
Blue Medallion #4
The fourth Blue Medallion is a bit tricky to find as it resides inside the main barn in the area but is hung on the back of a wooden post that can only be viewed from outside the structure. To find this Medallion, players should go around the left side of the barn, where the pigs and muddy pits are, and then look through the barn window to spot it. This Medallion must be shot rather than melee attacked because it is inaccessible up close.
Blue Medallion #5
The final Blue Medallion for this Request is probably the easiest to spot. It is located on the back side of the first building players walk by on the Farm. This is the same building that houses a Typewriter, so it is hard to miss. This Medallion is low enough to the ground that players can use a knife to destroy it rather than wasting precious ammunition.
Once the final Medallion has been destroyed, players canreturn to the Merchantto turn in the Request and collect thereward of three Spinels.
