During Ubisoft’s financial results presentation today, it was revealed that multipleUbisoftprojects, from their top franchises, are now delayed to the next financial year.
However, it was reconfirmed thatPrince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remakeis still set to release by April 2026, which marks the end of the current financial year.

In today’s earnings report, Ubisoft announced thatAnno 117: Pax Romana, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake, Rainbow Six Mobile, and The Division Resurgence, and other titles will be released this financial year.

Last year, it was announced that Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time would be released in 2026. Now, we can expect to get our hands on Prince of Persia: The Sands of Timebetween January to March 2026.
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Has Been Built From The Ground Up
Previously, it was reported that Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake had been built from the ground up, andit now looks very different from the first trailer we received when it was originally announced.
The current project has supposedly receiveda graphical overhaul, new animations, new mechanics for parkour and combat, and other interesting features and additions.

After Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown failed to meet Ubisoft’s financial expectations, it is now crucial for the franchise’s survival that Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time to reach commercial success. Hopefully the remake will deliver a great experience for old and new fans next year.
It’s also worth mentioning that by the end of the current financial year, Assassin’s Creed Shadows will also receive its first expansion and Rainbow Six Siege will be getting its big X update.

Beyond Good & Evil 2, though, keeps staying in the shadows, as there was no mention of it today.
