Persona 3 Reload: Chihiro Fushimi Social Link Guide
Chihiro is the Student Council Treasurer. Here’s how you can complete her Social Link.
Considering this is the case, it comes as no surprise that players are wondering what the best Personas are for their characters in the game. A lot of the best are ones thatyou will need to fusein order to obtain. Here’s a list of the best ones you can get.

Persona 3 Reload
Fool Arcana
What makes Susano-o such an amazing Persona is its skill pool and its stats. This Persona has some amazing Skills such as Vorpal Blade (heavy Slash damage to all foes), Slash Amp (strengthens Slash damage by 50%), and Repel Light (reflects all Light attacks).
Additionally, this Persona is strong due to the fact that it only has two weaknesses. Those weaknesses are Electricity and Light (though Light Repel helps a ton with that weakness). Unfortunately, there aren’t any resistances, but it does repel Pierce damage, making it a great Persona overall.

Chariot Arcana
Thor is another Persona that you are going to want to pick up whenever you can. This Persona is extremely impressive due to its ability to perform the Skills Maziodyne (deals heavy Electric damage to all foes), Elec Amp (greatly strengthens Electric attacks and can stack with Elec Boost), and several others that target singular foes.
Another reason you will want this Persona is that it really lacks the typical weaknesses of other Personas. The only weakness this Persona has is Wind, which is something that can be avoided if needed. This makes Thor a great addition to any team.

Emperor Arcana
Like those before it, Odin has some amazing Skills and stats that truly make it shine against other Personas. Some of the best Skills are Marakunda (decrease all foe’s defense), Thunder Reign (deals severe Electric damage), and Elec Amp (strengthens Electric damage by 50%).
On top of these amazing Skills, Odin only has one weakness. Just like Thor, the only weakness Odin has is Wind. While there are no resistances or repels, this singular weakness makes Odin extremely versatile in almost any situation.

Judgement Arcana
Satan is an amazing Persona due to its sheer versatility. It has spells that deal Ice damage, Dark damage, Almighty damage, and can also increase the amount of damage the next Magic attack does. Additionally, it has Resist Ailments, which reduces the chance of getting all status ailments.
When looking at the weaknesses of Satan, just like with Thor and Odin, Satan is weak to Wind. However, the Persona can have the Skill Repel Wind, which can reflect all Wind damage, making it an amazing Persona to keep around.
Star Arcana
Helel is another Persona that you will want to try your best to obtain. While this Persona can do some great damage with Skills like Morning Star and Makougaon, it is also a great Persona to help out with your team. The Skills Heat Riser (increases an ally’s attack, accuracy, defense, and evasion for 3 turns) and Salvation (Fully restores your party’s HP and cures any ailments) are vital to a playthrough.
On top of those amazing Skills, Helel is almost perfect. The Persona only has a single weakness, and that is to Ice damage. Other than that, it is an amazing Persona overall. It also has resistances to Slash, Strike, and Pierce, making it a powerhouse Persona.
Aeon Arcana
Metatron is a Special Fusion, so it requires some pretty strong Personas in order to obtain it. However, it is completely worth it in the long run. Just like Helel, Metatron is able to use the Skill Salvation to fully heal your party. On top of that, it has Skills like God’s Hand, which does severe Strike damage to a foe.
Persona 3 Reload: What Day Does Each Party Member Join
Persona 3 Reload will have multiple characters joining S.E.E.S to help fight shadows during the Dark Hour; here’s when each one joins.
Metatron’s weaknesses and resistances are also pretty impressive. This Persona is weak to both Electricity and Dark damage; however, it is resistant to Ice damage. To make things even better, it completely repels Fire, Wind, and Light damage. This is an amazing Persona if you’re able to get it.
Lucifer is an extremely impressive Persona. While others on this list have certainly been amazing, Lucifer is able to do five different types of damage (Almighty, Slash, Fire, Ice, and Wind) to foes. This means that you’re guaranteed to be able to find a Skill that will do a lot to the enemy party.
Additionally, another reason that Lucifer is so impressive is the Persona’s weaknesses. This Persona has absolutely no weaknesses whatsoever. However, it doesn’t have any resistances either (though it does repel Dark damage). This is one of the most versatile Personas in the game.
Death Arcana
While Thanatos can deal Dark, Slash, and Almighty damage, that isn’t what makes this Persona so impressive. It has the Skills Mamudoon (35% chance to Darkness instant kill all foes), Ghastly Wail (100% instant kill on all foes who are fearful), and Enduring Soul (restores all its health upon dying once a battle). These Skills are extremely impressive.
Thanatos’s Skills may be impressive, but so are its resistances. It is resistant to Fire, Ice, Wind, and Electricity damage. On top of that, it is able to repel Dark damage. The only weakness that this Persona has is Light damage, making it a great addition to your team.
This Persona takes the best Skills of all the other Personas and puts them together. It can deal massive amounts of Almighty and Strike damage. On top of that, it has Salvation (fully restores party’s HP and cures all ailments), Enduring Soul (Restores all HP once a battle), Regenerate 3 and Invigorate 3 (restores HP and SP each turn), and the ability to nullify Physical damage.
Impressively, it can also resist Fire, Ice, Electricity, and Wind. There are no weaknesses whatsoever for the Persona and it repels Light and Dark damage. Overall, this is an amazingly powerful Persona that you will want to obtain, even if isn’t available until the end.
Orpheus Telos
Orpheus Telos is the Ultimate Persona of the protagonist’s Persona. This is the hardest Persona in the game to get since you can’t even unlock it unless you have maxed out all your Social Links. The Persona’s main Skill is a Passive Skill called Victory Cry. This will fully restore all HP and SP after each battle.
What makes Orpheus Telos so amazing is that this Persona resists every single damage type except Almighty damage. It can resist Slash, Strike, Pierce, Fire, Ice, Wind, Light, Darkness, and Electricity. This makes it the most powerful Persona in the game.
