Sean Diddy Combs was arrested in New York City on September 16 after being indicted by a federal grand jury. He has since been incarcerated at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center. Last Thursday, the hip-hop mogul was transported to a nearby hospital for an MRI scan. The transportation was carried out at night to avoid gaining any attention.

He is being charged with three counts currently. The charges include racketeering conspiracy, sx trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prstitution. Additionally, multiple civil cases were filed against the rapper with hundreds of people accusing him of s*xual assault.

According to theNew York Post, P Diddy was taken to the hospital after hours on January 30th to undergo an MRI scan. It was probably the first time in months that the rapper could walk out of the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center, even if it was temporary.

The transportation took place after 10 pm so as not to create a commotion among other inmates. The non-invasive scan was authorized after the rapper had informed the authorities that his knees were bothering him.Diddyis known to have severe knee issues. It was earlier reported that he underwent his third knee surgery in 2017 (via Page Six).
A spokesperson for the Bureau of Prisons told the NY Post that they refrained from informing anyone of Diddy’s medical trip due to security concerns. They shared:

For privacy, safety, and security reasons, we do not comment on the conditions of confinement for anyone in our custody to include medical status or medical trips.
However, law enforcement officials in the area were informed of the prisoner transport, with sources sharing that they were given a heads-up“just in case it was leaked and they would have chaos.”Diddy will have to spend at least a few more months in detentionbefore his trial in May.

Accusations against Diddy started coming in once his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura filed a lawsuit against him in November 2023. Diddy was quick to settle the lawsuit. However, several others came forward with allegations against Diddy, including former Danity Kane singer Dawn Richard.

Federal investigators raided Diddy’s LA and Miami homes in March of last year and found some disturbing evidence. According to theindictmentagainst him, the feds discovered 1,000 bottles of lubricant and three AR-15s in the mansions. It also mentioned that Diddy and members of his Enterprise have allegedly facilitated“Freak Offs”— wild gatherings filled with drugs and s*x.

Diddy pleaded not guilty to all charges but was sent to jail pending trial without bail. His bail plea was denied multiple times. According toCBS News, the judge found that granting Diddy bail would not assure the safety of the community. His attorneys claimed that Diddy had agreed to restrictive conditions should the court grant him bail.
In October, Diddy’s attorneys moved to strike the video evidence of Diddy assaulting Cassie Ventura, citing that the leaked video would prevent him from getting a fair trial. If he is found guilty, Diddy could spend aminimum of 15 years in prisonfor the federal charge of s*x trafficking.
