The list of Mangekyo Sharingan is long, as the power manifests among the members of the Uchiha Clan. However, not many Shinobi could manage to make the most of this ability. 10Kakashi Hatake
Kakashi’s Strongest Doutsus:
Feared as Kakashi of the Sharingan and the Copy Ninja, he is the only user of the Sharingan who doesn’t belong to the Uchiha Clan. However, his mastery of the Sharingan is no less than any Uchiha in existence. Kakashi was given the Sharingan by his childhood friend after he lost his eye, saving him.
While Kakashi has control over the Sharingan and can use the most complex of Dojutsu abilities, he doesn’t have complete control over the activation and deactivation of the Sharingan, which is why he keeps his eye covered almost always. Upon Rin’s death, Kakashi gained the Mangekyo Sharingan, which further transcended his Dojutsu and Ninjutsu alike. During the Fourth Great Shinobi War, Kakashi manifested the complete body of Susanoo as a result of gaining the other Sharingan from Obito.
9Fugaku Uchiha

The father of Itachi and Sasuke Uchiha, Fugaku, was the last leader of the Uchiha Clan before the annihilation of it. While the anime series never showed Fugaku in action, so little is known about his abilities and the prowess of his Mangekyo Sharingan. However, the fact that he was appointed the leader of the clan shows that he was no mere Uchiha to begin with.
Since Fugaku had a Mangekyo Sharingan under his belt, it’s safe to say that he could arguably perform the jutsus limited to the Uchiha through their Sharingan. During the Third Great Shinobi War, Fugaku was a dreaded opponent on the field, gaining the nickname Wicker Eye Fugaku. Even more, the lore tells us that Itachi was afraid to take on his father head-on, afraid that he might not stand a chance against him in battle. Additionally, it is also revealed that Fugaku had the capability to control the nine tails with his Mangekyo Sharingan, which is no mere feat.
8Izuna Uchiha

The younger brother of Madara Uchiha and one of the strongest Uchiha to ever walk the Shinobi world, Izuna Uchiha was among the top Shinobi of his time. Having mastered the Sharingan at a ripe age, Izuna was a leader of the Uchiha Clan along with his elder brother.
While Izuna was only shown battling a young Tobirama and never in full-fledged combat, his Dojutsu abilities can only be speculated to have been rivaling that of Madara Uchiha. It has been revealed that Izuna and Madara were equal in most senses and in terms of combat and their abilities. Interestingly, Izuna is known to be among the first users of Susanoo and Blaze release jutsu.

The elder son of the Sage of the Six Paths and the ancestor of the Uchiha Clan, Indra, was a ninjutsu child prodigy. He was the first one to cast jutsu with hand seals, making it easier for other shinobis to learn ninjutsu. As the anime storyline reveals, Indra was the first one to fall for the curse of hatred that runs through the Uchiha Clan.
After his father, Indra was the second user of the Mangekyo Sharingan and was able to unlock the Susanoo in its complete form. Having complete control over his Dojutsu, the anime also reveals Indra possessing Hinokagutsuchi, a Dojutsu similar to the likes of Amaterasu.
6Shisui Uchiha

Nicknamed Shisui of the Body Flicker, Shisui Uchiha was another extraordinary Shinobi of the leaf village. On par with the talented Itachi, even surpassing him in Dojutsu abilities, Shisui had a great future ahead of him had the character not been killed off.
Shisui was also among the handful of Shinobi who awakened their Mangekyo Sharingan at an early age. His mastery of Genjutsu was so impressive that he placed his targets in his Genjutsu from miles away without making eye contact with them. One of the most fearsome Dojutsu of Shisui is Kotoamatsukami. With Kotoamatsukami, Shisui could enter the minds of his targets and feed them information to act on, ultimately changing one’s will without the host being aware of Shisui’s manipulation.

That being said, the anime series never showed Shisui in combat, and we never got to see Shisui’s full Dojutsu capabilities. It is only through legends we know that he was indeed one of the greatest Mangekyo Sharingan users of the Uchiha Clan.
5Itachi Uchiha

Itachi’s Strongest Dojutsus:
The Uchiha pacifist who massacred his entire clan to suppress a brewing rebellion against the Konohagakure, Itachi, is also known to many as the God of Genjutsu. Itachi was a child prodigy and first-class Shinobi. He lived his entire life in the false image of a criminal, all the while taking the suffering on himself to shield his little brother.
Among other users of Sharingan, Itachi was among the most gifted ones. He mastered his Sharingan at the ripe age of 8 and his Mangekyo Sharingan at age 13, making him the youngest Uchiha to do so. As seen throughout Naruto Shippuden, Itachi had several tricks up his sleeves. His most dreadful Dojutsu was the Tsukuyomi, which was demonstrated on Sasuke and Kakashi in the series.
With Tsukuyomi, Itachi could trap his targets in a warped reality, making them suffer mentally. This suffering lasted several years for the target, while it was mere seconds for Itachi. Itachi’s Genjutsu and Tsukuyomi were so feared that Shinobis were afraid to make eye contact with him.
4Obito Uchiha

Obitio is among the main antagonists of Naruto Shippuden and is arguably one of the mostcomplex anime charactersof all time. While Obito’s Sharingan awakened later than most Uchihas, it was no less than any other member of his clan in terms of visual prowess. Obito’s use of the Uchiha Dojutsu is a prime example of the cracking use of the Kekkei Genkai.
One thing that separates Obito from the other Mangekyo Sharingan users is that he is seen using various Dojutsu with ease; this is primarily credited to his modified body with white Zetsu cells. Among the very few shinobi who could control the nine tails, the most menacing and most powerful of the tailed beasts is Obito, which he demonstrated during his assault on Konohagakure at the time of Naruto’s birth.
His signature Sharingan ability is Kamui – a space-time jutsu with which he can transport any object or separate parts of his body to another dimension with ease. It is a mighty useful jutsu that makes him nearly untouchable in combat.

He was among the first Shinobi, alongside his brother Izuna, to have awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan and have complete mastery over it.
Having obtained the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, Madara could summon and control Kurama (Nine tails) with ease, which he showcased during his fight with Hashirama Senju. Not only did Madara control the nine tails, but also put a Susanoo armor around it, further heightening his powers.
A brilliant tactician and a master of Ninjutsu and Taijutsu, Madara single-handedly defeated the five kage with his clones using the perfect Susanoo in the Fourth Great Shinobi War. His Susanoo was powerful enough to send shockwaves so intense to split mountains apart.

The firstborn of the invader Kaguya Otsutsuki, Hagoromo was hailed as the creator of the ninja creed and was able to bring humanity together with the chakra. Hagoromo was not born with the Sharingan, however, upon learning that the girl he loves was sacrificed to the diving tree, he unlocked his Mangekyo Sharingan.
Hagoromo was the first one to unlock this terrifying power and use it to save humanity from the tyrant rule of her mother. In the series, Hagoromo is shown battling the 10 tails with his perfect Susanoo, a feat no other character from the series can manage.
