Just days ago, MKBHD took tohis YouTube channeland surprised his fans when he launched his latest business venture, Panels. The excitement for the wallpaper app for iOS and Android devices immediately skyrocketed. However, the crash came rather quickly when fans noticed the $50/year price tag attached to it. Although users were still free to watch two ads in a row to unlock a certain wallpaper in SD resolution, the HD content had to be paid for.
Beyond its arguably overpriced plan, users on social media have been complaining about the app’s permissions and excessive ads. In addition to all the on-the-surface problems, Brownlee’s app may also track its users’ location, internet history, and even the usage of other apps and websites. With so many issues popping up with the app, fans onXhave been claiming,“MKBHD damaged his brand today.”

Logan Paul and KSI’s connection may have begun with a heated rivalry and a boxing match. However, the two have since become close friends and even business partners. With the duo releasing their Prime Hydration energy drinks in 2022, they fell intoa bit of troublewith a $68 million lawsuit being filed against the business just a year later. Now, the 29-year-old and 31-year-old came under fire for their latest business venture withMr. Beast, Lunchly. In a post onX, the influencer shared a comparison between his brand vs. Lunchables, but it was not taken well.
According to posts on social media, the YouTube personalities’ latest venture faced criticism over the nutritional value of the product. Some even stated that it promoted unhealthy eating habits in children and could affect them in the long run. Another post onX, wound up showing KSI responding to the recent backlash of his and Paul’s product. The professional boxer backed the product, claiming that it was a healthier alternative to most processed snacks on the market.
