NetEase Games’Marvel Rivalsis undoubtedly one of the most popular games in the world right now. The game features an exciting roster of 33 iconic characters from Marvel comics, out of which 18 are Duelists, 8 are Vanguards and 7 are Strategists. The game also has a unique feature called Team-Up Abilities that allows two or more characters to combine their abilities into a strengthened attack. There are Activator characters and then they combine their abilities with other characters, which can be one or two.

A still from Marvel Rivals

Team-Up Abilities is an exciting feature that allows players to inflict more damage on enemy players. TheMarvel Rivalscommunity is so fascinated by the idea that it has now shared its unique Team-Up characters, and this one combo could recreate a popular horror disaster film.

TheMarvel Rivalscommunity shared a wild Team-Up idea

A post on the r/marvelrivals subreddit puts a spotlight on a team-up that we never knew we needed. A player suggested that NetEase Games should create a Team-Up between Storm and Jeff the Land Shark. The Team-Up Abilities that would be generated from the combination of these characters would be quite overpowered.

One Team-Up ability could be a tornado that is able to heal allies and damage enemies. Since Jeff’s abilities are focused more on healing, they could be combined with Storm’s Ultimate ability, Omega Hurricane. This ability could work like Luna Snow’s Ultimate, but instead of the switch between Heal and Damage, it could do both at the same time.

This team-up is quite funny but it is not the first time sharks have been combined with tornadoes. Sharknado, the American six-film science fiction action comedy horror disaster film series, is about a waterspout that lifts sharks out of the ocean and deposits them into the city. It is quite popular and a team-up between the characters would be a nice tribute to the series.

Instalockers are ruiningMarvel Rivals

Marvel Rivalsis currently facing one of the biggest problems that have ruined the matchmaking process in many hero shooters in the past. The game features more Duelists than Vanguards and Strategists, so as a result, most players like to pick Duelists. This has been ruining the team composition and most players are not able to try out Duelists because unskilled players instalock these characters. Instalocking has now become so common thatplayers have started to defendthe practice.

Storm is also a highly popular character that players like to instalock. As exciting as it sounds, the Jeff and Storm team-up is never happening because it would completely break the game. Players would start abusing it and NetEase Games would have to remove it eventually. Even if it somehow gets added to the game, NetEase Games would ban the heroes in high-ranked matches.
