Marvel 1943: Rise Of Hydra Astonishes With Gorgeous Graphics
There’s plenty to be excited about when it comes to Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra, but the one thing that became the talk of the internet following its first trailer was the jaw-dropping graphics. Again, there’s no actual gameplay in the trailer, but all of the footage is rendered in-engine.
A short clip from the trailer wasshared on X(formerly Twitter) by Summer Game Fest host, Geoff Keighley. The clip quickly amassed millions of views after fans were astonished by the facial animations and overall graphics.

“First next-gen game we’ve gotten this generation,” X userRamonsaid.
Other users, such asSynth Potatosaid they couldn’t believe the facial animations were in-game, and that Marvel 1943 “looks truly next-gen.”
Fans on Reddit echoed similar sentiments. “Holy shit, those cutscenes are crazy realistic. I wasn’t expecting this to look this good, especially for the first game of the studio,” Reddit userHearTheEkkosaid.
With a 2025 release, I’m hoping to see some actual gameplay by the end of the year. Possibly even at The Game Awards? Who knows, but I’m going to put a lid on my excitement until we see a little bit more, even if that was an incredibly impressive first trailer.
