Hopefully, the game allows you to try out each of the Passing Styles before choosing them, but if you don’t have time to dig out the differences, we can tell you about each style and help you choose the one that is best for you.
Accuracy & Placement
This is the most advanced Passing Style available in the game, with a specialTiming Componentover Bullet Pass. When you attempt to send a pass in this style, aStrength meterwill appear above the receiver’s head, and the more you fill in the bar, the faster and stronger your pass will be sent to the target player.
However, there is also a smallgreen zoneinside this bar, which is built specifically for Bullet Passes. If you fill in the bar until its inside the green zone, your Bullet Pass will be sent withgood to perfect timing.

While this green zone will always appear with the bar when you attempt to pass, it isonly functional for Bullet Passes. If you want to send a Touch Pass, you can only fill in the bar before that green zone. In this case, the bar will determinethe arc of the Touch Pass. For Lob Pass, on the other hand, the bar will have no specific usage.
Aside from controlling the accuracy and strength of your passes, you’re able to also use yourleft joystickto choose the exactlanding spot of the ballin a target area. This could complicate things, but if you try it out several times, you will get the hang of the timing process.

Choosing this Passing Styleisn’t suggested to newcomersas it could be overwhelming. So, we suggest you choose Accuracy & Placement only if you areexperiencedenough in playing Madden and your playstyle has a special focus over Bullet Passes.
Accuracy & Power
This Passing Style is a bit simpler. It almost features everything we discussed earlier in Accuracy & Placement, except for that green zone for Bullet Passes. So, you can simply use this style to control the strength of your passes and still adjust the ball’s landing spot.
This style is a welcoming mode for players who are improving in the game and gaining experience, but again, newcomers may face difficultiesin controlling their passes, especially the landing spot of the ball, which is the reason why we suggest you avoid picking this style.

This is theold Madden passing style. This method has no bars or accuracy checks, making itquite easy for beginnersto learn the game. Remember that it’s essential for a newcomer to learn the different types of passes in the game and how to perform them before focusing on accuracy.
So, the Classic style will allow you to learn different passing styles like Bullet Pass, Touch Pass, Lob Pass, and High Pass. Once you are familiar with all the passing forms, you can start to practice timing your passes, and when you are done with that as well, you can change your style to Accuracy & Power or Accuracy & Placement.
