Chapter 1 Its Happening Again Luto

Chapter 1 Note Locations

There are three notes to be found in Chapter 1 of Luto. Luckily, the first chapter only consists of a few rooms to explore andis very short overall, making them easy to track down.

Moving Progress

The first note can be found in Chapter 1,immediately after exiting the bathroom. Go down the hallway and look to the left to find the “Moving progress"note on the railing.

In Loving Memory

The next note in Chapter 1 can be found not too far from the moving progress note. Head down the stairs to find atrash can with the “In Loving Memory…” note inside. The trash can is right next to the cupboard with the house keys.

That Symbol Again

Another Chapter 1note can be found in the basement section of the house. Head down to the basement to find a desk lit up by a small lamp, with the “That symbol again…” note lying on top.

Chapter 2 Note Locations

There are three notes in Chapter 2 of Luto. While one can be found in plain sight, the other two appear further in the story aftercompleting a few puzzles.

Ask For Help First

Players can find the “Ask for help first"note resting on a ladder at the start of Chapter 2. The ladder is located on the bottom floor, near the hallway that leads to the glowing blue door and the clock puzzle door.

Are We Not Playing Today Either?

The next note isfound inside the clock puzzle room of Chapter 2. To open the clock puzzle door, you must find and interact with seven different clocks in the house.

Once you interact with all seven clocks, the door will open, and you can grab the “Are we not playing today either?” note.

Players can find a note at the start of Chapter 3.After exiting the bathroom, turn the corner to find the “Script Page"note on the cupboardon the right-hand side.

Stamp of Virgin

The next note onlybecomes available after players search the protagonists' room on Fridayduring the time loop of Chapter 3. After completing the room section, the lights will turn off, and someone will start banging on the front door of the house.

When this happens, the “Stamp of Virgin” note can befound next to the locked wooden box at the bottom of the stairs.

Chapter 4 Note Locations

The final four notes in Luto can be found in Chapter 4. Be prepared for this to take a while, since Chapter 4 is one of the longest levels in the game. It’s also one of the spookiest, sobe ready for some scary sequences.

I Know It Means A Lot to You

The first note of Chapter 4 can befound right when the chapter begins. Enter the main room of the house to find the “I know it means a lot to you"note right beneath the painting of the four ghosts. The note is lying on the table.

List of Items to Save For Mum

The “List of items to save for Mum"note is unmissableas it’s required to solve the code for the lockbox.

Right next to the rocking chair, you’ll find the note next to the lockbox on the table. If the door to this room is locked, just continue progressing through the level until it opens by itself.

Why Didn’t You Hide the Monkeys?

The next note in Chapter 4 is called “Why didn’t you hide the monkeys?” and can befound after completing the monkey puzzlein the basement of the house.

After finding all the monkey doll locations (mandatory to progress the story),start climbing the stairs until you hear a loud thump.

The loud thump is a nearby dresser falling over in the back corner of the basement. Sohead back down into the basement to find the dresser that fell, and right behind it, thenote is found next to the wall and a paint can.

Your Old Scripts

The last note in the game can befound at the very end of Chapter 4. After solving the dreams puzzle and climbing through the crawlspace, you’ll end up back in the bathroom.On the door of the bathroomis the “Your old scripts” note.

After collecting this note, and assuming you didn’t miss any notes in your playthrough, you’llearn the Collector of Notes achievement.
