Xenoblade Chronicles 3is the newest JRPG game of thebeloved Xeno franchise. The game features a vast open world for the players to explore and a plethora of quests, side quests, and other activities. The story of the game features two protagonists, Noah and Mio, trying to stop a war between two nations.

Players may invest more than 100 hours before they see this epic adventure to its conclusion. On their journey to complete the game, they will come across an enormous and intimidating range of monsters to fight. The difficulty level of the challenges and the enemies keeps increasing as the storyline progresses, so, to keep up with it all, players will need to constantly level up themselves to remain a match for their many foes. Luckily, many in-game mechanics support level grinding. Those who find themselves in need of a boost should take a look at these techniques.
Exploration
Exploration is one of the easiest ways to earn more EXP and level up faster in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. Players can find something to do in almost every corner of the expansive map. While conqueringthe game’s many chapters, they’ll see much of the world, but it’s also very helpful to venture further outside of that.
Exploring landmarks is a convenient source of EXP.There are several landmarks for the players to explore across the different regions in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. Discovering one will reward you with a certain amount of EXP, instantly and automatically.
While roaming around the map, fans will also come across several secrets and valuable items. While discovering landmarks will give them the highest amount of EXP, they can also receive some from exploringsmall locations, like colonies. Such places will yield a smaller amount of EXP,but it’s all valuable for powering up your party.
Unique Monsters
Throughout the journey in Xenoblade Chronicles 3,four different types of monsters will be encountered: Normal, Lucky, Elite, and Unique.They each, of course, award a different amount of EXP. The bigger the risk, the bigger the reward.
Unique Monsters are the most daunting foes in the game. They can be found at several locations in different regions on the map.They are typically bigger than any other monsters in the game, and can be identified by the distinctive orange border around their name.
They are called the bosses of monsters in this game, and can wipe out an unprepared party with just a few strikes. Considering the risk, then, defeating Unique Monsters will also award a tremendous amount of EXP.
However, Unique Monsters can be very tough to go against for newer players.They can instead target Elite Monsters, which also provide higher EXP upon being defeated without being unassailable. Once a strong party is formed and battle strategies are honed, Unique Monsters become a more realistic target.
It’s wise only to challenge monsters that are close to the party’s level. It is preferable not to challenge monsters who are more than three levels above that.

The Bonus EXP System
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 also features a Bonus EXP System. This experience is accumulated over time as players keep up their regular activities. Later on,this EXP can be cashed in at Rest Spots and Colony Barracks to level up a character or the whole party.This is one of the most important ways to gain quick experience, and it can be accrued in various ways:

Hero Quests And Side Quests
Apart from the Standard Quests, which are related to the main storyline of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 and essential for progressing,the game also features Hero Quests and Side Quests.Completing these additional quests will provide the team with a good amount of extra EXP.
Side Quests are generally extra, smaller tasks, easier to complete (relatively). On the other hand, Hero Quests are generally rather more difficult, but more rewarding in turn. The key to leveling up faster, then, is not to rush through the story but to take advantage of every additional mission on offer. By so doing, a wealth of extra information about this remarkable world can be accrued too.
NPC Interactions
The game’s wide world is populated by numerous NPCs, each living their own lives and having different opinions on events unfolding around them. Interacting with these NPCs can grant some extra EXP as well.The ability to listen to NPCs' conversations is acquired after finishing Chapter 3.
Moreover, some of them will give the team extra tasks, a source of even more EXP.NPCs that the hero can have a conversation with will have a yellow chat bubble over their heads.It’s also possible to eavesdrop on them by pressing the ZR button while standing close to the NPCs. Keep in mind, though, that some people are only found at a specific time of the day.
To help complete a certain objective at the “wrong” time of day, use the Time Skipping mechanic to spawn the associated NPC and finish the task.
EXP Boosting Meals
In Xenoblade Chronicles 3, there are a lot of recipes that can be cooked. Some of them will reward the party with an EXP boost each time they’re consumed. Enjoying these meals before setting out in the adventures of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 will significantly increase the amount of EXP received during the journey. It’s important to note, though, thatthe effect only lasts for a limited time, so time assaults on Unique Monsters and other valuable targets wisely.
