The film will delve into the captivating universe of the beloved Ubisoft video game franchise.
New Regency is adapting the video game from Ubisoft. French director Mathieu Turi (The Deep Dark) is helming theWatch Dogsmovie, written by Christie LeBlanc, known forOxygen. Margaret Boykin, Yariv Milchan, and Natalie Lehmann will produce.

The film “is set within the universe of Ubisoft’s blockbuster video game franchise,” per Deadline.

Ubisoft launched the firstWatch Dogsvideo game in 2014, with three subsequent games coming along in its wake. The most recent was released in 2020, titledWatch Dogs: Legion.
