Recently, the release date and timeline for the much-awaited spin-off ofJoJo’s Bizarre Adventurewas confirmed, and here’s everything you need to know about it.
Written and illustrated by Hirohiko Araki,JoJo’s Bizarre Adventureis a popular Japanese manga series. Originally started in 1987, the manga is known for its unique art style and story, the reason why millions of worldwide fans are connected with the series.
On August 19th, 2021, Part 8 ofJoJo’s Bizarre Adventure,Jojolion, came to an end. Of course, the entire manga community was heartbroken that they won’t get new chapters ofJoJolion. However, the author surprised everyone by announcingPart 9of the series, tentatively titled"JoJolands.“Along with that, Ultra Jump also announced that aspin-offofJoJo’s Bizarre Adventure is also in theworks, which definitely got the community excited.
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Spin-off Release Date
The latest issue of Ultra Jump confirmed that theJoJo’s Bizarre AdventureSpin-off manga series would continue in the Ultra Jump issue 1/2022. According toMangaMoguraREon Twitter, the issue is scheduled to release on December 19th, 2021.
Along with the release date, the timeline for the spin-off was also teased in the issue. According to the report, the spin-off’s story will take place in Morioh beforeJoJo Part 4 “Diamond is Unbreakable.”
For the unacquainted, several reports from August stated that writer Kohei Kadono and illustrator Tasuku Karasuma are working on the spin-off. Also, a preview image for the spin-off was also released that featured Josuke from Part 4 and Hol Horse. Here you go; take a look at the preview yourself:
