Denzel Washington is among some of the most celebrated actors in Hollywood. However, despite his nearly five-decade-long career, the actor has been selective in exploring a specific genre, horror. And his only film that could be reasonably counted under the same has been the 1998 supernatural thriller,Fallen.

The film, though a critical and commercial disappointment at the time of its release, has since become a cult classic and was even referenced in Tom Hiddleston’s hit MCU series,Loki.
