The singer said that both the album and the movie are very personal to her. After these two projects, the part three of theThis Is Me… Nowtitled,The Greatest Love Story Never Told, is also out on Prime Video. It“explores her twenty year journey to self-love.”

Recently, the mom of two has revealed instances of being manhandled. She opened up about an abusive relationship, which adds pressure on Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs (Lopez’s ex), who has recently faced s*xual assault accusations.

In her new Amazon Prime Video documentaryThe Greatest Love Story Never Told, followed byThis Is Me… Now,Jennifer Lopeztalks about her past experiences and how she had to move on from them.

The topic came to light after the 54-year-old discussed shooting scenes for her songReboundfrom her latest album. The song is accompanied by a video in which she dances intensely with a male dancer in a glass house.

In one scene, she and her co-star perform a choreographed dance, depicting a toxic relationship with hints of domestic violence.

After finishing filming of the scene, Lopez expressed relief, revealing how difficult it was to shoot the video. She toldPeople:

“Being thrown around and manhandled like that is not fun. I was never in a relationship where I got beat up, thank God, but I’ve definitely been manhandled and a couple of other unsavory things…rough…disrespectful.”

TheShotgun Weddingstar added:

“More than anything, it’s really a vulnerable place to be in every day,” she said. “That’s why I go to work every day, and I’m like, ‘What am I doing?’”
