But despite being such a tremendous actor with a versatile range, working in the superhero genre didn’t quite seem to work out for him the way it should have.
Nonetheless, recent reports from an industry insider are claiming that the MCU is, once again, reportedly in talks with Affleck for a mystery role. However, while these reports may leave those fans of his who have been waiting so long to see him don a costume once again hopeful, the 51-year-old mastermind’s past comments on superhero films are more than enough to crash that hope.

However, as much as this news would make his fans happy, one thing still needs to be remembered:Ben Affleck‘s take on doing more superhero movies after the critically panned by fans box-office bomb, DCEU’sJustice Leaguefrom 2017.
