Kanye West is back at it again with his controversial comments on the Jewish community. In his recent interview via Bill Maher’s podcast, the rapper expressed another tirade of bigoted opinions against Jews. In that case, the host decided not to air the episode.

This is not the first time the disgraced music icon stated Anti-Semitic views; he has used his social media platforms in the past to attack Jewish society. As Maher puts it, he chose not to contribute to the hate by axing the podcast interview.

Kanye West Interview Won’t Get Aired Due To Anti-Semitic Opinions
Bill Maherexplained his reason for shelving the two-hour podcast withKanye WestviaTMZ. He is very much aware of the rapper’s sentiment against the Jews, and he also claimed that he had a great time talking to West despite the controversial topic.
“I thought it was going to be a learning moment. We were here for two hours. By the way, we had an amazing, fun time. He’s a very charming anti-Semite. And by the way, he’s not the only one in America who feels that way. It’s not like the Jews are universally loved except for Kanye West.”

Maher decided not to give West air time to stop his negative views from perpetuating among the younger population. He believed that the music icon’s goal was to influence those who had less knowledge of the Jewish faith.
“The problem, I think, is that he appeals mostly — of course he’s a rock star — to young people. They don’t know much, and they surely don’t know much about the Middle East or Jews. So the combination of Kanye out there — I feel like he was helpful for spreading the fertilizer, and I do mean fertilizer, for this idea that Israel and the Jews are the worst people in the world.”

Maher concluded his explanation by defending his assessment to entirely dismiss the podcast: “That’s why I wouldn’t air that episode because I’m not going to contribute to this.”
