Actress Jenna Ortega is reportedly not aStar Warsfan. TheWednesdaystar recently appeared on Jimmy Fallon’s talk show where she was asked to rank classic movie scores. While she approved Danny Elfman’s scores, John Williams’ iconicStarWarstheme seemed to be on the bottom half of the list.

Ortega worked with Tim Burton, who frequently collaborates with Elfman, on the Netflix showWednesdayand the upcomingBeetlejuice Beetlejuice. The actress also mentioned that she had more nostalgic value for John Williams’Jurassic Parkthan for hisStar Warswork.

However, the Academy Award-winning musician’s most famous theme forStar Warsseemingly did not impress actressJenna Ortega. TheWednesdayactress made an appearance onThe Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallonwhere she was asked to rank six iconic scores in a list.
While she proved her loyalty to Tim Burton by giving Danny Elfman’s scores forBeetlejuiceandThe Nightmare Before Christmasthe top two spots, she gave the third and fourth spots to John Williams’Jurassic ParkandStar Wars. Defending her choices, she said,

Here’s the thing, John Williams is obviously one of the best to ever do it. I’m not a crazy Star Wars person…You know what, here’s another important thing to remember too. Jurassic Park holds more nostalgic value for me than Titanic or Star Wars does.

The actress mentioned that Burton called her over to his office to talk about the second season ofWednesdayand instead placed the script ofBeetlejuice Beetlejuice.
I just said, ‘Okay. Thanks, Tim’. I got in my car and then ten minutes later I pulled over on the side PCH, which is a big freeway in California…I sat on the rocks in front of the water and I just read the script for an hour. And then, I called my team and said, ‘I can’t tell you what I’m agreeing to but I am agreeing to it.’

Ortega will reportedly play Astrid Deetz, the daughter of Winona Ryder’s Lydia. Danny DeVito is also set to star in the film.
Beetlejuice Beetlejuiceis set to release in cinemas on September 8.
