Hollywood actress Rebecca Ferguson played the role of Lady Jessica of House Atreides remarkably well. Lady Jessica is the mother of our protagonist Paul Atreides, played by Timothee Chalamet, and her role in the film is pivotal. She is one of those characters which feature in both installments of the film.
Playing a character that is so integrally prominent in the storyline, one would assume Ferguson would know the ins and outs of the film. The Swedish actress surprised fans when she revealed otherwise on the red carpet at the film premiere.

“It was such a joy and there was also some treats, that I didn’t know until I saw the film. People I didn’t know were in it. It’s phenomenal.”

The 40-year-old actress went ahead and also revealed her favorite character in the film while profusely praising co-actor Austin Butler. She said:
“Austin [Butler] is, by far, my favorite character, because he stands out so gruesomely sexy and raw.”
It is interesting how actors themselves are sometimes unaware of some trivial information about their own films.
