Pokemon Legends Arceusallows players to pick between one of three starters picked from across the previous generations and players will want to know exactly how to evolve from their second stage evolution Quilava, Dewott, and Dartrix into their brand new final stage Hisuian evolutions.

At the start of the game, players have the opportunity to choose between Cyndaquil, Oshawott, or Rowlet, which fill the typical Fire, Water, and Grass starters.

The first and second levels are the same as in the past, but players will especially want to experience their new third evolutions that are different from the past.

How To Evolve Cyndaquil, Oshawott, and Rowlet

To get to the third evolution, you’re going to first have to evolve the base level to get Quilava, Dewott, and Dartrix first, which is going to require you to raise each of them to the right level before you can evolve them.

Starting with Cyndaquil, you will only have to raise it to level 14 before you will have the opportunity to evolve it to Quilava.

Oshawott on the other hand will take a little more time, as you have to raise it to level 17 before you’re able to evolve it to Dewott.

Rowlet is also the same way, as you need to raise it to level 17. Once you ready that level, you can then go and evolve it to the middle evolution Dewott.

How To Evolve Quilava, Dewott, and Dartrix

Now that you have your middle evolution Pokemon for your respective starter, you will want to get it to its third and final stage. This is going to be pretty similar to the previous step, though with higher levels of course.

When it comes to Quilava, you will have to raise it up to level 36 before you can even think about evolving it to the new Fire/Ghost Hisuian Typhlosion.

Dewott is in the exact same boat, as you need to level it up to 36 before you can do anything about evolving it to its new Water/Dark type Hisuian Samurott.

Lastly, Rowlet is the one outlier of the trio, as you will only have to level it up to 34 to be able to evolve it to the new Grass/Fighting type Hisuian Decidueye.

Compared to many of the Pokemon that have other specific conditions for evolution, the starter trio have it pretty easy inPokemon Legends Arceus.
