Luka’s Best Build & Relic Sets
As a Support character who applies debuffs to enemies, Luka will benefit the most from receiving a boost to hisEffect Hit Rate, SPD, and Energy Regeneration.These will all ensure that he is able to easily apply debuffs to assist the Main DPS of the team. Here are the best Relic Sets to choose for him.
4-Set Of Champion Of Streetwise Boxing
The 2-Set of Champion of Streetwise Boxing will increase Luka’s Physical DMG by 10 percent. The 4-Set will increase his ATK by 5 percent for the rest of the battle after he attacks or is hit. This effect can stack up to 5 times. Outside of Luka’s debuffing abilities, you’ll want toboost up his Physical DMG and ATK,so he can deal decent damage as well.
2-Set Of Pan-Galactic Commercial Enterprise
The 2-Set of Pan-Galactic Commercial Enterprise will increase Luka’s Effect Hit Rate by 10 percent. Also, his ATK will increase by an amount that is equal to 25 percent of the current Effect Hit Rate, up to a maximum of 25 percent. This set will serve as thebooster to Luka’s debuffing abilities.It will greatly increase his Effect Hit Rate, while also giving him an additional buff to his ATK. With these two sets in hand, here’s the main stats and substats you should choose.

Effect Hit Rate will be an incredibly important stat for you to build on for Luka. It’ll ensure that he canoften apply the Bleed effecton enemies. You’ll also want to increase his SPD and Energy Regeneration, so he canmore frequently use his Ultimateto aid the rest of the team. ATK will also be beneficial, so Luka can deal increased damage in-between the Main DPS’s attacks.

Luka’s Best Light Cones
Depending on if you want to increase Luka’s damage, or his ability to apply debuffs, the best Light Cones for him willboost his Effect Hit Rate or ATK.There are many options available to him, but here are a few of our favorites.
5-Star Light Cone: Incessant Rain
Incessant Rain will increase Luka’s Effect Hit Rate by 24 percent. When Luka deals DMG to an enemy that currently has 3 or more debuffs, it will increase his CRIT Rate by 12 percent. After he uses his Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate, there is a 100 percent chance to implant Aether Code on a random hit target that doesn’t have it yet. Targets with Aether Code receive 12 percent increased DMG for 1 turn. Incessant Rain will be your best bet if you’re looking for a 5-Star option for Luka. Although it isSilver Wolf’s signature Light Cone, it works well for Luka too bysignificantly improving his debuffing abilities.
4-Star Light Cone: Resolution Shines As Pearls Of Sweat
Resolution Shines As Pearls of Sweat, whenever Luka hits an enemy and the enemy is not already Ensnared, it will provide a 60 percent base chance to Ensnare the hit enemy. Ensnared enemies' DEF will decrease by 12 percent for 1 turn. Resolution Shines As Pearls of Sweat is thebest Light Cone for Luka,and is much easier to obtain as a 4-Star. It’ll provide Luka with the ability to apply Ensnare on enemies, which will decrease their DEF further.
3-Star Light Cone: Hidden Shadow
Hidden Shadow will increase Luka’s Basic ATK DMG equal to 60 percent of ATK to the target enemy after he uses his Skill. If you don’t have access to a 5-Star or 4-Star Nihility Light Cone, Hidden Shadow will be your best bet for Luka. It’ll give him a decent boost to his Basic ATK, so he candeal additional DMGto enemies alongside the rest of the team.
