A new trick to take out the Factory Strider inHelldivers 2is currently going viral. In anX postshared by @HelldiversMedia, a clip by ExpressDepres shows players how to take out the Factory Strider with an AC-8 Auto-cannon. In the clip, the player approaches the Factory Strider and shoots 8 cannons at its belly, ultimately bringing it down. This simple little trick can help theHelldivers 2community in completing missions quickly.

The AC-8 Auto-cannon is available to the player at Level 10 in the Stratagems menu and costs 7,000 Requisition Slips. The call-in time is 3 seconds while the cooldown time is 480 seconds, so verify you use it wisely. This Stratagem is not only effective against Factory Striders but also against most Automaton units. Make sure you test this trick out before Arrowhead Game Studios patches it in a future update.
Helldivers 2community failed to complete the last Major Order
The last Major Order required players to decommission 2,000,000,000 Automatons to unlock a new Stratagem called MD-17 Anti-Tank Mines. Unfortunately,many players ignored this Major Order and continued to fight the Terminid faction. As a result, the Major Order was not completed.

The latest Major Order has been announced and now players are ordered to keep Aesir Pass, Vernen Wells, Heeth, and Angel’s Venture under Super Earth’s control when the time runs out. At the time of writing, Aesir Pass and Heeth are under control while players are fighting hard to secure Vernen Wells and Angel’s Venture. By completing this Major Order, players will get 45 medals, which they can use to unlock weapons, armor, emotes, boosters, capes, and player cards.
