The reunion sparked speculations of a potential reboot among fans. However, when asked about the sameJon Cryerdid not seem too enthusiastic about the idea, as he revealed that he has not spoken to his former co-star in years.

During his appearance onThe View, Jon Cryer also discussed a potential reboot for the hit sitcom,Two and a Half Men.However, despite the reconciliation between Sheen and Lorre, he appeared hesitant about the idea.
“Oh gosh, oh gosh, yeah, I don’t know how that happens,”he said as he explained how the whole drama surrounding Sheen’s exit from the show impacted creatorChuck Lorre.

One of the hardest things for [Lorre] when Two and a Half Men fell apart the way that it did was that he really felt like he was friends with Charlie. And that he lost that was really heartbreaking for him. So that they have reconciled is really lovely.
As for his own relationship with Sheen, Cryer revealed,“[Sheen] and I have not spoken in a few years, but he’s doing a lot better, which obviously I’m happy about.”

Despite his reluctance to work with Sheen again, Cryer has previously fondly recalled the early days of the show.“Those first couple of years, it was, you know, an incredible joy,” he said in an interview withEntertainment Tonight.
