Earlier this year,Alberta city Grande Prairie confirmedthat HBO’sThe Last of Ushad previously done location scouting in the area. Naturally, given this information, many fans have assumed thatThe Last of Usis beginning to film here.

After traversing through a horrific zombie dystopia, the zoo and its giraffes provide a rare moment of peace for the protagonists.
