Early on inGod of War Ragnarok, as you adventure through theBay of Bountyin Svartalfheim, you’ll eventually come across several mining rigs. These are tied to a Favor – a side quest – calledIn Service Of Asgard.

At one of these locations, Radsvinn’s Rig, you will also come across yet another of the elusive Nornir Chests. These magically sealed chests always present apuzzle for the player to solve, granting useful rewards upon completion.
What Are Nornir Chests?
Nornir Chests can be found throughout the nine realms are actually a carryover from the previous game, God of War (2018). These chests always show threeblue runesemblazoned across the front of the chest, and they will remainsealed until you solve a puzzle, hunting down the three corresponding runes in the immediate area. Once opened, they grant the player one of two rewards:

How To Reach Radsvinn’s Rig
To reach Radsvinn’s Rig, head straight north from theboat dock: Nidavellir West. You’re looking for an island with a tallwatchtoweron the left side (from your position). It should be directly ahead – more or less. When you spot this tower, you should see black smoke billowing up to the right of the tower, and in between the tower and smoke, you’ll find a small stretch of sand.
Beach your boat and head inland. Ahead, you’ll encounter the smithing shop and a Mystical Gateway.Turn right at the Mystical Gatewayand follow the path along until you reach Radsvinn’s Rig.
Burn Three Runic Braziers
This Nornir Chest puzzle is a different one than you’ve previously encountered by this point in the game. Rather than rotating devices or runic totems to smash, you will need to light three runic braziersscattered around the arena.
First Runic Brazier
Thefirst runic braziercan be found just to the left of the Nornir Chest. To light these braziers, equip yourBlades of Chaos, take aim at the brazier with L2, and tap R2. You will latch onto the brazier and send a blast of fire through the chains, igniting the brazier.
Second Runic Brazier
Thesecond runic brazieris a little hidden. To spot it, grapple up to the second level of the mining rig and run to thesouthwestern edge. You should see a prompt to grapple across the gap. Ignore this. Below and to the left, partially hidden behind a metal fence, you’ll be able to spot the second runic brazier. Due to the metal fence, you won’t be able to light it directly. Instead,throw your Leviathan Axe at the red flaming oil potjust above it. When it explodes, it will light the runic brazier.
Third Runic Brazier
Thethird runic brazieris the most hidden of the bunch. Drop down off thenorthern sideof the second level. Ahead, you will spottwo wooden barrels. It can be hard to see, but they both have a metal insignia stamped on the side, each with the green hue that signals you to useAtreus’ Sonic Arrows.
Take aim andfire.
The barrels will break, revealing agap in the wooden wallbehind them. Just on the other side, you will find the third andfinal runic brazier. Light it up with your Blades of Chaos, then return to the Nornir Chest for your reward.
Opening the chest will grant you oneHorn of Blood Mead. Collecting enough of these will increase your maximum Rage.
