The only way you can get Transience talent books is bycompleting theDomain of Mastery: Reign of Violet.We have an extensive walkthrough on how to complete this Domain, which is found in Narukami Island in Inazuma.
If you are still new to the game, you’ll only be able to unlock this Domain once you have reachedAdventure Rank 30,and have completed the Archon Quest,‘Ritou Escape Plan’.Afterward, open up your map and scroll over to Narukami Island. This will be the northernmost island on Inazuma. Just below Amukane Island, you’ll notice a Domain that you can unlock. You can reach this spot by either swimming, or using yourWaverider.You’ll only need to approach the Domain to unlock it.
When taking on this Domain, we highly suggest bringing a fewElectro characters.Having a Main DPS such asRaiden ShogunorRazorwill make this battle much easier for you, since you’ll receive a 25 percent Electro DMG Bonus. All you need to do is defeat the waves of enemies that come at you.
Now that you are aware of where you can get Transience talent books, we will give you a few tips on how to farm this item more efficiently. To start, we highly recommendconverting your Original Resin into Condensed Resin.You can do this at anyAlchemy Crafting Benchin the main cities, including Mondstadt, Liyue, and more. Each piece of Condensed Resin will cost you40 Original Resin and 1 Crystal Core,which you can get from Crystalflies that are often found near Statues of the Seven. Condensed Resin will double the rewards you receive from Domains, and you are more likely to get higher-level items such asPhilosophies of Transiencerather than Teachings of Transience.
You’ll also need to remember that the Violet Court will only have Transience talent books available onMondays, Thursdays, and Sundays.you’re able to save up Condensed Resin on the days when Transience talent books are not available, as you can haveup to 5 Condensed Resin at a time.Then, when you are able to take on the Violet Court and receive Transience talent books, you’ll be able to complete it up to 9 times in one day.

Craft At Alchemy Crafting Bench
Another way you can get Transience talent books is bycrafting them.However, this can only be used to convert Transience talent books you already have into higher-level ones. For example, you can convert3 Guide to Transiences into 1 Philosophies of Transience.
Once your characters are higher in level, you’ll need to use the Crafting Bench pretty often to get Philosophies of Transience. As we mentioned before, if you useCondensed Resinrather than Original Resin, you’ll more likely receive Philosophies of Transience from the Violet Court than lower-level talent books, so you won’t have to use the Crafting Bench as often.
