Cosplayers, time to pack it up and go home – we may have a winner for Best of 2020. This time it is a brand new take on a fan-favorite heroine fromFinal Fantasy VII, Tifa Lockhart. Even better, it seems like Austrian cosplayer Haruhiism took a page out ofFinal Fantasy VII Remake’s look in adapting thenewly revealed design.

Despite the recent news that Square Enix’sFinal Fantasy VIIRemakeis getting delayed, fans of the game are still continuing to pump out amazing content. This includes Austrian cosplayer Haruhiism who recently did a full set to celebrate the game’s brand new design. Tifa’s gameplay, which wasfirst revealed in the E3 2019, managed to take both faithful and liberal designs to her old-school costume. With all that said, you can see a few different takes on Tifa Lockhart below from Haruhiism in the gallery below. With the black and white athletic crop top, the heavily detailed gloves, and the black mini skirt, this cosplayer is a dead ringer for the real thing.

Even better, it looks like Haruhiism used this photoshoot as a good exercise to include other cosplayers – including cosplayerFae La BlancheasFinal Fantasy VII’s Aerith. It makes for an iconic duo – possible even more than the Aerith and Zack photoshoot thatlooks like a screenshot from the upcoming game.

In the past month,Final Fantasy VII Remakehas been making the rounds quite heavily. Along with the recently revealed delay,data miners were able to pick aparta leaked versionof the upcoming demo. In other words, make sure to steer clear from spoilers if want to enjoy all the new additions to the classic game at release.

Final Fantasy VII Remakewill be available on July 19, 2025 (following the recently announced delay), exclusively on PS4.
