Not only hasElden Ringbroken into the top ten highest-rated games of all time, but the anticipated RPG title has also made its way to number seven in the all-time concurrent Steam users chart.
Currently,Elden Ringsits at an impressive 97 onMetacritic, making it one of the highest-rated games of all time. So it should come as no surprise that fans flocked to the new Souls game when it was released around the world today.

Elden Ring Soars To Number 7 In Steam Concurrent Users Chart
According toSteamDB,Elden Ringpeaked at a massive 764,835 active players within the first 24 hours of its release, making it the number seven most played game on Steam.
Unfortunately, FromSoftware’s latest release still has some way to go if it wants to knock offPUBG: Battlegroundsfrom the top spot, which peaked at a staggering 3,257,248 concurrent players. Likely due to the popular Battle Royalegoing free-to-play.
Other titles in the top ten include the likes of Amazon Games' recent MMO titles,Lost ArkandNew World, coming in at number two and six respectively.
There’s also still plenty of time forElden Ringto climb to even higher heights as the game has only been out for a matter of hours. But, with players rushing to play as soon as the game dropped, we’d be surprised if we saw it climb any higher in the Steam charts.
Not only is theElden Ringhype at its peak right now, but things aren’t looking too good for PC players as the overall reviews on Steam are ‘mixed’, with a total of 17,455 user reviews. It seems as though many players are disappointed with the overallperformance ofElden Ringon PC, as players are reporting numerousbugsand stuttering issues in-game.
