The latest rumor comes from entertainment websiteDeadline, which states that Kit Connor (Heartstopper, Warfare) is reportedly in talks with director Alex Garland for the actor to star in the Elden Ring live-action adaptation.
So far, it’s unknown where things stand in the negotiations or if a formal offer has been made, but it’s claimed that both Garland and Connor want this to happen. If true, this means Garland and Connor will reunite for another project, as Connor was part of the cast of Warfare, a film co-directed by Garland and Ray Mendoza that was released last month.
Garland has been tapped to write and direct the Elden Ring film with Peter Rice set to produce alongside Game of Thrones creator George R.R. Martin.
