Since games like those belonging to theGrand Theft Autofranchise are a stylized version of our world, and they already advertise fake brands on the in-game billboards, it wouldn’t be too much of a leap to include ads from the real world on them instead. However, it’s understandable if this breaks immersion for some gamers and others may not want to endorse the brands being advertised in the content.
