The anime line-up of 2024 boasted many much-awaited sequels of popular series likeDragon Ball, Re:Zero, andMushoku Tensei. Dandadananime drew fans in with a refreshing plot that incorporated a wide range of elements from the occult to classic shonen tropes. Aside from the plot, the characters enlivened every aspect of the anime with their presence. Near the end of the series, Jiji, a completely new character was introduced. Jiji is Momo’s childhood friend, and the central duo set out on a journey to his hometown to exorcise his house.
This new adventure simultaneously introduced two new mysteries, as Momo found herself in between perverse old men, while Okarun and Jiji struggled to understand the horrific scenery in front of them. And, end scene! Just like that, the first season ended, leaving fans with countless questions regarding what comes next.
