While exploring Night City inCyberpunk 2077, you will come across different Quickhacks that V can use to make things easier. These Quickhacks are some of the most important aspects of the game. They can be installed into theCyberdecksthat V equips.

There are five different types of Quickhacks that you can utilize in your Cyberdecks. These types are Combat, Control, Covert, Device Hacks, and Ultimate. These Quickhacks have a duration (how long it will be active), upload (time it takes to go into effect), and RAM (how much of the Cyberdeck’s RAM is required to use it). You can purchase new Quickhacks from theRipperdoc. Here is a guide for each type of Quickhack.
Combat Quickhacks are the ones that you will use during combat. They will deal damage to enemies and more often than not, leave a status effect on the enemy. These can help you do even more damage. There are four different Quickhacks you may pick from in this category. They are Contagion, Overheat, Short Circuit, and Synapse Burnout. Using these withthe best weaponscan help tremendously.
Control Quickhacks are what you use when you want to be strategic. This lets you control enemies and change where they are walking. This allows you to truly plan out an attack and execute it perfectly. There are four different Quickhacks in this category as well. They are Cripple Movement, Cyberware Malfunction, Sonic Shock, and Weapon Glitch.

Covert Quickhacks are what you will use when you are using stealth. They allow you to move past enemies and figure out a path forward without drawing attention. If you want to go around undetected, you will want to have some of these Quickhacks available. There are five of these Quickhacks. They are Memory Wipe, Ping, Reboot Optics, Request Backup, and Whistle.
Device Quickhacks are already on your Cyberdeck when you equip it. These are determined based on the Cyberdeck, its manufacturer, and its rarity. These can be found in the Cyberdeck’s description. While you can’t pick the ones pre-installed, you can look for Cyberdecks containing the Quickhacks that you want.
Ultimate Quickhacks do a lot of damage. They are the best that there are, and required a decent amount of RAM. However, their high RAM usage is certainly worth it in the long run. There are four Quickhacks that fall into this category. They are Cyberpsychosis, Detonate Gernade, Suicide, and System Reset.
