Those folks in the UK sure do love themselves some Crash Bandicoot.
Aftertwo straight weeks ofFire Emblem: Three Housescoming in at the top positionof the weekly UK video game sales chart,Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueledhas once again reclaimed the number one spot. Thismarks the third time since releasing earlier this summerthatCTR Nitro-Fueledhas taken home the top honors in the UK. Meanwhile,Fire Emblemfell all the way down to seventh this week.
The rest of the top five games this week were largely filled out with some usual suspects.Super Mario Maker 2,Mario Kart 8 Deluxe,FIFA 19, andGrand Theft Auto Vslotted in from second to fifth, in that order.
As far as new releases go, well, there weren’t any. That’s right, no new games this week made their way to the UK sales chart for this past week. It was a pretty boring span for new releases, but that should be changing as we approach the end of August.
