He is also known for his controversial opinions on the industry’s current state, but he also makes game recommendations to his followers. This time, he recommended his fans playEcho Generation,a title he describes as a mix betweenStranger ThingsandCostume Quest.

He added that it is a game focused more on comfort and relaxation without many complicated mechanics, meant to be enjoyed. Another detail he mentioned was that the game was also on Game Pass and had a unique vision where the studio added new features.
Jaffe Has Nostalgia for the Video Games in 80s
Jaffe talked more about this game and recommended that fans get theMidnight Editionto enjoy certain improvements. In this edition, the game adds fast travel, better graphics, and other features. He recommends this game, especially because he grew up in the 80s and feels nostalgic about the look of the characters and the overall design.

He even mentioned that the studio is already working on a sequel.Echo Generationwas developed by the studio Cococucumber, located in Toronto, which has made several games of this style and has vast development experience.
According to Jaffe, the game contains various genres mixed together, such as the possibility of mini-games and some mechanics of a conventional RPG. You can already play the title on Steam and the Nintendo Switch.
Currently, Jaffe is not working on any specific game but is actively uploading content to his YouTube channel, where he talks about all kinds of games and industry-related topics. The last title he worked on as a developer wasDrawn to Death, which did not achieve much success.
