Since the announcement ofThe Witcher 4at the 2024 Game Awards, many fans have had their eyes on CD Projekt Red and are taking note of their every move. The highly anticipated follow-up to one of the greatest games of all time has already caused a splash byrevealing Ciri as it’s main protagonist, but we have yet to see any concrete gameplay footage of what The Witcher 4 might actually look like.

On June 3rd,The State of Unreal 2025showcase is set to take place and many upcoming projects are likely to be teased and revealed. Additionally, new features and technology for the software itself are likely to be shown, which should excite developers, hobbyists and gamers alike.
A First Look At Witcher 4?
Via their official X account, The Witcher team announced that they will be showing a presentation at 9:30 AM ET as part of the live event. The post stated: “We are looking forward to showcasing some of the innovative technology & features that will power The Witcher 4, and beyond.”
After it was recently revealed that CDPR had bolstered theirdevelopment team and are ramping up production on Cyberpunk 2(Project Orion), all eyes will be on the presentation as we look forward to what lies in store for both games.
Whether or not the showcase will give us an in-depth preview, a small teaser or an extensive gameplay demo remains to be seen, but one way or another it will be interesting to get an insight into how development is coming along for some of the most beloved open world games ever.
Additionally, Hitman series developers IO Interactive are also expected toreveal their upcoming 007 James Bond game this week.
